Media Frame Production is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.

5. Rescheduling & Cancellation

Rescheduling and cancellation requests are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please review that policy before making changes to your booking.

• Delivery times vary depending on the project.
• Estimated delivery dates will be communicated during booking.
• Unexpected circumstances may occasionally affect delivery schedules, and clients will be informed if delays occur.

7. Copyright & Ownership

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Media Frame Production retains the copyright to all photographs and videos created.
• Clients receive a license to use the delivered content for personal or agreed commercial purposes.
• Clients may not resell, modify, or distribute the content for commercial resale without written permission.

8. Portfolio & Promotional Use

Media Frame Production may display selected photographs or videos on its:

• Website
• Portfolio
• Social Media Platforms
• Marketing Materials

If you prefer your content to remain private, please notify us in writing before your project begins.

9. Editing & Creative Style

Clients acknowledge that:

• Editing style, color grading, and artistic decisions are based on Media Frame Production’s creative expertise.
• RAW/unedited files are generally not provided unless specifically agreed upon.
• Minor variations in lighting, color, or composition are a natural part of photography and videography.

10. Limitation of Liability

While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure high-quality service, Media Frame Production shall not be liable for delays or losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Weather conditions
• Venue restrictions
• Equipment failure despite reasonable precautions
• Power outages
• Acts of God
• Government restrictions

Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the affected service.
